Hello Seniors! This is a message regarding scholarships. Completed scholarship applications that are to be turned in to the guidance office are due next Thursday, April 30th. The applications can either be emailed to the school counselors or may be dropped off at the high school at designated times. The designated times are Wednesday, April 29th, 1-2 and Thursday April 30th, 10-11, 1-2, and 5-6. If you are turning in completed scholarship applications at the designated times, please report to the high school main entrance, remain in your vehicle and someone will come to you to pick up your applications. Also, there are still many open scholarships that get submitted to scholarship organizations directly with a deadline over the next few months, so continue working on them and mail them by the indicated due date. Scholarship applications are still available on the school website and from the grab and go storage tub at the school’s main entrance. Please contact Mrs. Fake or Mr. Lowe as needed.

April 6, 2020 - SENIORS - Scholarship Info
Hello Seniors! We would like to provide updates regarding scholarships and the scholarship process.
Scholarship applications are available on the School Counseling Department website. Follow these steps to get there: from the district website seafordbluejays.org, under “Our Schools” click “Seaford High School”, under “Academics” click “School Counseling Department” then “Scholarship Information.” Scholarship applications can be printed from there as needed.
For students that do not have access to print scholarship applications from the website, packages of printed scholarship applications will be available for pick-up. A storage tub with “Grab & Go” scholarship application packages will be available at the main entrance of the high school beginning April 8th and available through April 15th.
Once you have completed scholarship applications, some will require you to mail them directly to the scholarship sponsor by the stated deadline and some will be submitted to our Guidance Office. Those that are submitted to our Guidance Office can either be emailed to the counselors or dropped off at the school during designated times. The deadline for completed scholarship applications that are submitted to our Guidance Office is April 30th. There will be designated drop off time periods April 28th through April 30th. Those times will be shared on our website and in future messages.
